SHIPPING

grownstrong.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. While we thrive to process orders in the order of when received we can’t guarantee this being the case. 

We are fulfilling orders from our headquarter and may also ship from fulfillment centers in different locations around the US and other parts of the world. Grown Strong ships worldwide but reserves the rights to refuse shipping to certain countries upon our discretion.

DELIVERY TIMES

We're aiming to deliver our packages within 4-7 working days for standard shipping and 1-3 working days for express shipping for orders within the lower 48 states.

For orders outside of the lower 48 states we're aiming to deliver packages within 9-18 working days for standard shipping, 5-8 working days for expedited shipping and 1-4 working days for express shipping.

Grown Strong cannot be held liable if packages are not delivered within this timeframe. However, for packages shipped with expedited and express we offer a full refund of shipping cost if we exceed expected delivery times, as outlined above, by more than 2 days. For packages shipped using standard shipping we offer a full refund of shipping cost if we exceed expected delivery times, as outlined above, by more than 6 weeks. At this point customer is eligible for a full refund or getting a new package shipped using same shipping.

Grown Strong can at any point at our discretion issue a full refund and cancel the order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All digital products and services such as, but not limited to, memberships and e-books will be delivered immediately via email, text messages of through our phone app. If for whatever reason you have not received your digital product or service within an hour of ordering please reach out to hello@grownstrong.com and we'll help you out.
