Refund policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
We're so bummed things didn't work out for you, but the good news is you have 30 days to return your item(s). In order to qualify for a refund, you must comply with the following:
- Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging (if applies).
- When applicable, item(s) returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed. No stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Supplement(s) must be returned with both inner and outer seal intact (if applies).
- Item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) were purchased at the original price, not on sale (see definition of sale below).
You may exchange your items for a different size, color if the above criteria are met. Item(s) sold on sale will not be eligible for an exchange (see definition of sale below).
All Sale items are final sale, no returns will be honored for these items. Sale items are defined by any reduction from original price.
Grown Strong will NOT provide return labels for any returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Please email hello@grownstrong.com for assistance.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES:
Digital products and services such as, but not limited to, memberships and e-books are final sale and NOT eligible for any refunds unless clearly stated otherwise.
When applicable, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@grownstrong.com, and we’ll assist you promptly. To ensure we can process your cancellation in time, please send your request to hello@grownstrong.com at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription plan. Upon receiving your request, we’ll send you a brief survey to understand your reasons for leaving and confirmation hereof. Your membership will be deactivated once you complete the survey. Note that your membership will remain active until the survey is completed, but rest assured, we aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
All subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period if not cancelled. Should you send a cancelation request after a new billing cycle has begun or within the last 24 hours of your current billing cycle, you will NOT receive a refund for that period, but you will be removed from the following billing cycle and your membership will remain active until the cancellation date.
Please note the Intellectual Property section of our Terms Of Service applies to all digital products. Any violation of these terms is an actionable offense and a violation of state and federal law.
RETREAT CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
If a participant need to cancel their spot at a retreat, the following guidelines will adhere.
- 90 Days Notice: Should you cancel your reservation at least 90 days before the retreat's start date, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding the deposit.
- 60 Days Notice: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the retreat's start date qualify for a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
- 30 Days Notice: If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the retreat's start date, you are eligible for a 25% refund, excluding the deposit.
- Within 30 Days: Any cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat's start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Voluntary Non-Attendance: If you are legally permitted to enter the retreat's host country but choose not to attend for any reason, you will not qualify for a refund.
Responsibility of the Participant: It is your responsibility to review COVID-19 and other relevant travel guidelines before booking. If you are denied entry due to non-compliance with health or travel requirements, such as an invalid or missing COVID-19 vaccination certificate, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, you are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the visa and entry regulations of the retreat's host country. Failure to entry for such reasons will not qualify you for a refund.
Non-Refundable Deposit: All participants are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure their spot. It is important to understand that this deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances and, in most cases, cannot be applied to a retreat other than the one for which you initially registered. This policy ensures we can properly prepare for each participant's experience and manage the limited availability of spots effectively.
Travel Disruption & Flight Cancellation Policy:
Travel disruptions, including flight cancellations, missed connections, airline schedule changes, delays, strikes, weather, political unrest, fuel shortages, airspace closures, or other transportation issues, are outside of Grown Strong Retreats’ control. Participants are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own transportation to and from the retreat destination.
If a participant is unable to attend due to travel disruption, our standard cancellation policy still applies. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip interruption, cancellation, missed connection, and travel delay coverage.
If possible, we will do our best to assist with late arrivals or adjusted logistics, but we cannot guarantee refunds, credits, or reimbursement for missed retreat days caused by travel delays or cancellations.
Although the deposit is non-refundable, Grown Strong will consider requests to transfer the deposit to another retreat on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Please be aware that such requests are rarely granted, reflecting our commitment to fairness and logistical planning.
